Pradeep Fibers group entered the cotton industry in 1960s. Since the inception we worked with our core values of Integrity, Commitment, Quality and Innovation.
Presently, Pradeep Fibers group runs 6 Ginning & Pressing units and 4 Oil Mills located in Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra and Telangana. The strategic locations of our units gives us access to the cotton of all the major cotton producing states in India.
Besides this we procure quality cotton bales from ginners all across India. We believe in building long term relation with our stakeholders be it suppliers or customers. We consistently source quality cotton and make it available to our customers. Our curation of quality cotton bales sets us apart from our competitor.
Quality
We understand the following factors contributes to the quality:
Sourcing: Consistently source quality cotton by developing communication with raw cotton traders and farmers. Understand and train them to improve quality.
Production Process: Hand pick contamination, kodi and discolored bonds in raw cotton. Use technologies like pre-cleaner and post cleaners. Our ginning operators and supervisors are technically sound to produce quality cotton.
Storage: It is also important to protect cotton from environmental factors- rain and extreme summer. All our bales are stored in our own warehouses. Extreme summer reduces fiber length thus we have humidification system which we use when required.
